Marie Joslin

Registered Holistic Nutritionist

Certified Metabolic Balance Coach

Yoga Teacher (CYA E-RYT 400)

About

Marie’s passion for wellness first led her to become a Yoga Teacher (CYA E-RYT 400), where she experienced firsthand the powerful connection between mind, body, and spirit. Wanting to deepen her understanding of how to truly support the body, she went on to study at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, earning her designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and gaining the tools to nourish health through whole, real foods.

Most recently, Marie became a Metabolic Balance Coach, allowing her to bring everything together — personalized nutrition, mindful living, and lifestyle balance — to support clients in creating sustainable, long-term health.

Marie does this using her signature program The Nourish Method where she blends personalized nutrition, mindful movement, and lifestyle support to create sustainable health from the inside out. Rooted in the belief that true nourishment goes beyond food, the method honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit while meeting each client where they are.

By combining Metabolic Balance principles, whole-food nutrition, and yoga-informed awareness, The Nourish Method supports clients in building a way of living that feels balanced, realistic, and deeply nourishing — not restrictive or overwhelming.

Holistic Nutritional Consultant’s services are covered by many insurance companies so be sure to check with your benefits provider.
