Psychotherapy for Teens & Youth

Supporting Growth and Well-being Through Every Stage

Childhood and adolescence are periods of incredible growth and unique challenges. At Aligned Health, we cater to children (ages 4 and up), teens, and youth to help navigate the complexities of their world. We understand that younger children express themselves differently, and our psychotherapists are experienced at using age-appropriate approaches, including play and creative therapies, to help them communicate and cope. For teens and youth, we recognize the pressures of school, friendships, family dynamics, social media, and discovering who they are. Our psychotherapists are dedicated to truly listening and providing a safe, confidential environment where children and young people can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop essential coping skills, and feel empowered to face whatever comes next.
