Hello! My name is André. If you have ever struggled with being seen, feeling heard, or validated as your authentic self, you have come to the right place.

As your therapist, I will provide an empathetic and compassionate place for you to share your experiences, explore your emotions, and respect your truths. I use a client-centered, strength-based approach to assist individuals, couples, and families. I mainly draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy. I have a passion for working with youth (12-18) and have experience providing court-mandated anger management and domestic violence programs.

With over a decade of experience as a law enforcement officer, I understand the immense value of embarking on a mental health journey that focuses on self-care and resilience while balancing professional and personal demands.
